A long winter and spring stuck inside in the dry air may have made the skin on your feet, especially your heels, super dry. Drier skin means more cracking and peeling. This kind of cracking can cause wounds that can easily get infected if not treated. If you have a compromised immune system or diabetes, an infection can become a serious health risk.
This Dry Heel Foot Soak softens dry skin making it easier to remove the dry skin with a towel, loofa, or foot scrubber.
4-ounce Super Moisturizing Foot Cream made with shea butter, coconut oil, almond oil, avocado oil, apricot oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, vitamin e oil & peppermint essential oil.
Daily Exfoliating Foot Soap made with ground pumice stone to help remove dry skin and dirt. Use daily to clean feet.
Dry Heel Foot Soak
Add 1 cup foot soak and 4 cups of very warm water into a large bowl. Sit down and relax while your feet enjoy the soak. After soaking for at least 20 minutes, scrub your heels vigorously with a towel to remove any dead skin that has loosened up. You can also use a foot file, pumice stone, or even a foot scrubber to help slough off the softened dead skin. Follow with some Stacey’s Stuff Whipped, Shea, Cocoa or Mango Butter and pull on a pair of socks before bed.
